You can check you account usage by logging into you ftp account on Dhost. It will echo back a response similar to this at the top of the ftp statistics.

230-OK. Current restricted directory is /
230-299 files used (X%) - authorized: 10,000 files
230 3340 Kbytes used (X%) - authorized: 102400 Kb
