Now it won't take me longer than 5-6 hours to make the photoshop design. Most of the time I spend more hours getting the images to work, and so on. When I am really inspired I can nail it in 1-2 hours (but that's not that often unfortunately Sad)

Normally about 3 hours, depends on design though, and that doesn't include coding and stuff.

First I sketch design on paper, normally during school Cheesy and then I make it in photoshop.

hours for a layout??? um.... for me it is like 20 min tops... but for the actual coding and such... 2-3hours to get code stable and all working and even more to get content.  Shocked
