As for the site itself, I like the background picture. The fact that your menu floats off to the side of the login boxes seems a little weird, just the fact that it's not aligned with the login plays with my eyes. Also I'm using FF3 so is your login supposed to be off of the graphic? It just hangs off of it, I wasn't sure if you intended for it to be on or off.
