Personally i'm happy no negative feedback, I've only started using a propper Website creator and even though i'm way beyond my friends I'm nowhere near as good as you and i wouldn't like it if you guys came and said "Your site is absolutely crap, i could do that in 30 seconds blindfolded"

Look, where negative feedback is constructive, it makes sense to say it.

If its "omg!111 ur website is teh n00b111", there is not need.

Just keep any negative feedback constructive Wink

Constructive criticism, that's the only way to do these things. Tongue

That's an odd comment.

Most comments and critique are based on what you like or dislike about the layout of the web designer not the  domain thing and with a brief descrptions of why you like or dislike it and maybe add a few suggestions for improvement if needed.

Well several sites have a .tk domain name, so it would be a stupid thing to critisise but if you meant say something like, i don't like your site beacause your using a grey layout then that should be fine.

A quick question.

Are we allowed to "revive" our old threads if we've changed something?

For example, my site, I've added a gradient sky background, but my thread is several days (weeks?) old. Would I be allowed to post again in that thread to bring ti back to the top, and announce the change to the style, would I not be allowed to, or should I save it for much larger changes?

This forum is blessed with only a small waste of space. Tongue

I don't see anything in these rules that outlaw doing that Smiley And since you can only have one thread per user, there's nowhere else you could do it Tongue

tempest and i canonot advertize my site then.
well, i guess for now it is ok to advertise your site here. But, we may be making a public advertisment forum in the future and all non-dhost sites will be moved there

People say that my website looks "good", not "excellent" or "coudn't be better", but just "good". I mean,... in IE7, but when I look at my site in Firefox it looks awfull! I think that when using a simple structure to build your website, is not always good or doesn't look always good in webbrowsers out of IE7.
