one reason people mis-match your meaning is because you use 5 dots and a linebreak yet assume people think you're continuing your sentence on the next line. Most people would assume that means you're starting a new sentence/idea. Of course you may not have truely understood any of what I said either...
Um actually I think its like how they speak, like sometimes french drag out a word/sentance.

Most literate people that I've seen use complete sentences in writing. They might talk like that, but not written down. If they did, you'd need about 20x the pages for a book since they only fit one sentence into the space a normal person would write a paragraph. Plus you've got the blank line between each sentence rather than just a period, and it would have to be atleast two+ between each paragraph to distinguish
Of course Chinese might be like that I dunno, since they use complex symbols they might break it up...
