Behind Closed Eyes

Time Spent: Around 1 hour for the picture and another hour for the coding.
Series: CG Arts
Inspiration: Umm... The song "Possession" by Sarah Mclachlan and "Time After Time" by Cyndi Lauper, I guess.
Fonts: Damned Architect, Architext, Scriptina, Arial Narrow, Lemon Chicken, BlackJack, Bradley Hand ITC, Century Gothic, Futura, Broken Wing, Agency FB, Aircut, Anime Ace, Artic, and Ashley.
Comments Urgh! Looking back at the coding for this layout I'm suprised I didn't gouge my eyes out. It is a complete mess and the table didn't even align. I was rather proud of the images I used for the "enter" page and for the main splash picture. This was the first and probably the last layout that didn't have my art for any of the main pictures.

Reflections

Time spent: 2 hours for the picture and 1 hour for the coding.
Series: NARUTO!!!(Because it's so cool it's all capitalized and has exclamation points).
Inspiration: The unbelievable crappiness of my 1st layout.
Fonts:Scriptina, century gothic, architext, and aircut.
Comments: I am actually quite proud of this layout. It features my favorite character from "Naruto", Naruto! It's basically Naruto and in the background his reflections, or how other people see him. The coding for this layout was pretty clean but I loved this layout because it was efficient and preatical as well as pretty fancy. This layout was completely random. All I knew was that I was getting sick and tired of the old layout and that I had to change it. I was looking through my pictures while I was listening to "Naruto Ondo" and I saw one of my old CGs of none other than... Naruto Uzumaki!!! I clobbered my drawing with a bunch of other Narutos that were not drawn by me. I used a vector mask to make the pretty wave(which you probably can't even see). This layout has no lyrics which is a first for me because usually I throw lyrics all over my drawings but lyrics crossed the line of good taste. Here is the picture of the layout on mouse out.

Fukichirasu

Time spent: 1 hour for picture, 30 minutes for coding.
Series: Inu-Yasha
Inspiration: ...
Fonts: Jenkins v2.0, Eras Light ITC, ashley, century gothic, and architext.
Comments: This layout was really nice but it didn't last long because I messed up its code. It features Sango from Inu-Yasha. Not much else to say.

Take My Hand In Yours

Time spent: 2 1/2 hours for picture, 1 hour for coding.
Series: Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicles
Inspiration: Boredom
Fonts: Scriptina, LainieDaySH, Century Gothic, Agency FB
Comments: This layout is so... weird. It was a really pretty picture and I started making it all pretty and fancy, with smooth swirls and all that frilly stuff. Then I attacked it with hue saturations, grungy brushes (made be me), and various Photoshop Filters. About three hours later... this is what I had. You can't even see the girl anymore. The girl, which you can sorta see if you squint, is from Tsubasa Resevoirs (I think!).

Comments: This layout was created by Chloe of Anime Insanity (link is below). It was submitted to Kushou Designs layout contest. It features some Doujinshi Art from Aethereality Gallery. Surprisingly, I didn't use any brushes or textures in this layout, and it's still beautiful. Again, it's pink, but it's okay because I love it. ^-^

Time spent: 2 days (roughly 47 hours)
Series: Abstract Art (mine)
Inspiration: boredom
Fonts: Times New Roman, Century Gothic, Verdana
Comments: This layout took my quite a while, mainly because I couldn't decide whether it should be DIVs, iFrame, or Tables. In the end, I settled with Tables. :D I actually was really proud of this layout, because it marked my comeback to updating the site. I had been really inactive, so I wanted to come back with a big bang.! >.> Overally, I liked the whole look of the layout. The writing on the layout was the translated version of one of Ayumi Hamasaki's songs. I believe it was Moments, but I'm not entirely sure.
