Building
From Travian v2 Wiki (S2-S6), the encyclopedia anybody can edit
Within a city a player can build buildings. Each building takes up one space in the city. The rally point and the Wall may only be built in certain locations. For a quick guide on prerequisites for building construction, see the Building Tree.
Only one building may be under construction at a time. If a building is under construction, the player cannot also simultaneously construct a field upgrade, nor vice versa, unless the player is the Romans.
You may cancel construction that is underway by clicking the red "X" icon next to the name of the building. However, you lose the resources that you committed to construction, unless only a Level 1 building is being built.
