If you think that your password is too hard to remember, is insecure, or you just don't like it, you should change it.

Proecess to Change the Password

• First, log into your account.
• Second, click on the Statistics icon, at the top of the page.
• Third, click on your username, in the list of users.
• Fourth, click on accounts at the top of the table you are viewing your profile in.
• Fifth, scroll down to Change Password
  
  
• Sixth, hit save.

You will now have a new password. You may be redirected to the login screen and be asked to log in again.

Account Security

The security of your account lies in the password. If you don't choose a good password, your account will not be secure, and your enemy could hack your account.

Security Tips

• Do not choose a common German or English word. Many people on the Travian servers speak these two languages.
• Choose an alphanumeric (includes numbers and letters) password.
• Choose a password that is at least 8 characters in length.
• Do not write down the password. Use a password that is unique, yet you can remember it.
• A quick Google search reveals a lot of password help tools, if you are having trouble with the security of your account, or thinking of a new password.
• Change your password often - do not use the same password longer than a month.
  • When choosing a new password, pick a totally different word, don't just change one character.
