Unit Function
Is anyone 100% clear on what the Chieftan (or any other tribe's special unit) actually does? I assume it only works on troops... Any ideas? I don't know anyone that has actually built one.

Yes, you build one to lower the loyalty of a village and conquer it. See the Conquering a Village Tutorial.
