Cancel upgrades
If you cancel an upgrade to a building or resource, I see you only get a fraction of the resources back. Do you konw how much and or anyother info on this subject.

Yes, if you cancel building a building (upgrading to level 1), you will get all of the resources back. Beyond that, if you cancel the build, you lose everything!
