i can not build even if i have rally point 10

i can't build one either, i have main building lvl 20 and rally point lvl 10

The requirements on this page might not be correct. The tournament square was just introduced earlier this week, and nobody know exactly what is needed.

I also believe that the tournament square is only available on Server 1, but I might be mistaken.

Culture Points, Tournament Square lvl 11

I've writtin a question mark near the culture points at level 11. I've done this because it seems that every 5 levels there's some culture points but i cannot confirm this for level 11. Maybe someone else can change/update this.

Can't build it eather with main building lv 15, academy lv 20, and rallypoint 10, barracks lv 12, Armoury lv 5, and palace lv 13. And 18985 culture points.

Able to build one on server2 with the following in my village:

Main Building Lv10 Rally Point Lv10 Workshop Lv10 Stable Lv10 Barracks Lv10 Academy Lv15 Palace Lv10

Perhaps some are not needed. Anyway, that's what I have for my village and I have a Tournament Square.

Tournament Square tidbit

Here's a piece of confirmed information concerning the Tournament Square. Maybe it was already known, I don't know, but...

If you have an attack in progress and you complete the first level of the Tournament Square while the attack is in progress, the completed Tournament Square level does not affect the speed of the current attack.

I had a timed attack on a village that was 24 hours away and spend some extra resources I had on building a Tournament Square. Then I became concerned that the Tournament Square would affect my arrival time causing my attack to arrive early. It did not do this.
