Troop Info

There are three tribes in Travian, Romans, Gauls and Teutons. Each tribe has got its own advantages and disadvantages and their troop types are very different, too. So it is important to choose the tribe that fits to you perfect.
Roman Troops

The Roman troops are both powerful and well armored. This strength has a price. Their units are more expensive than those of the other tribes and the training takes longer.
Gaul Troops

The Gauls are fast and strong in the defense. Their riders are among the most feared in Travian, and they are good in alliances because their support arrives in time, even when it all seems too late.
Teuton Troops
- Main article: Troop Info/Teutons
The Germanic units, the Teutons, are not for peaceful players. Offensively strong, but without good defense you can defend yourself, but only with many troops. Units are trained quickly and cheaply.
