Sadly enough the application can't run on Windows startup as Administrator due to required licenses that cost quite alot of money.
So if the tools work without running as Administrator (all the time) just let it start without Administrator access, if it doesn't work you will sadly enough have to run the application manually on startup, there's nothing I can do about this because this is simply how it works in Windows and... I don't have the money laying around to spend on the required licenses.
There might be an alternative way by disabling UAC in Windows but I would advice against it because it could put your security more at risk.
Sometimes you only need to run AVTools just once as administrator to give it access to one of my apps so give it a try and run it normally.
