    come to quebec city on june 24th and talk to me about out of control drinking.

    no seriously its the city is in anarchy for st-jean holiday. all i remember last year was waking up at 6:30am on a grassy hill that i had passed out on about 5am. i just remember waking up because these drunk people were running around and 1 guy fell on me. people were STILL PARTYING after sunrise until everyone pretty much fell into an alcohol induced coma by 7-8am
